Michael Cinquino
CO-FOUNDER
Michael Cinquino helps experts, founders, and leaders communicate with clarity, presence, and credibility without becoming performative.
His work sits at the intersection of psychology, performance, and leadership, with a focus on what happens to people under pressure and how trust and coherence emerge when the stakes are real.
Michael began his career in high-stakes environments as a United States Navy Rescue Swimmer, where presence was not a concept but a survival skill. After his military service, he trained as an actor, earning a BA in Acting and Directing and an MFA in Acting from Rutgers University, where he studied with William Esper, a protégé of Sanford Meisner. That lineage shaped his respect for listening, embodiment, and unforced response, as well as a firsthand understanding of how communication breaks down when it becomes self-protective.
His work later moved offstage and into organizational life. For nearly a decade, Michael worked behind closed doors with the founders of the CIO Strategy Exchange, an invitation-only forum that convened senior Chief Information Officers from Fortune 70 organizations including Disney, Goldman Sachs, the Department of Defense, and the Central Intelligence Agency. In those off-the-record rooms, he observed how senior leaders actually build, repair, and protect trust when outcomes matter.
Michael has taught at the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics and is the founder of the Communication Dynamics Lab, a psychologically safe, in-person training lab where professionals practice human interaction without the cost of performance.
He is the Co-Founder of SoHo Creative Studio, where he helps subject matter experts and thought leaders translate their ideas, credibility, and relationships into clear, grounded video and podcast content that feels human and trustworthy.
Michael is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Applied Psychology at Northwestern University, deepening the integration between communication science, nervous-system regulation, and leadership behavior.
He lives and works between Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and Brooklyn, New York.

As Co-Founder and Project Director of SoHo Creative Studio, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and a multi-faceted design background to the team. Her 20+ year career spans digital products, textile development, and interior planning, showcasing her versatility and deep understanding of design across various mediums.
Rebecca’s unique ability to translate clients' business needs and brand stories into cohesive visual languages sets her apart. Her expertise includes creating logo designs that have gained recognition on both regional and national scales, reflecting her talent for crafting memorable and impactful brand identities.
In her role as Project Director, Rebecca ensures that project deliverables are executed efficiently and effectively, seamlessly blending her design expertise with her exceptional problem-solving skills. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout every stage of the design and production process, making certain that each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations.
