Cassie Crosby, leadership coach

Cassie Crosby has been developing leaders for most of her career while serving in the U.S. Army. She honed her own leadership skills and retired as a lieutenant colonel after leading high-performing, multifunctional teams through some of the military's most complex problems for more than twenty years.

Upon her retirement from the military, Cassie has taken her extensive leadership training experience and founded Iterata, a leadership coaching program that helps organizations and individuals reach their full potential through transformational leadership design.

SoHo Creative Studio created a new brand identity for Iterata, bringing a modern, fresh take to traditionally corporate colors. Her ‘professional but keep it real’ approach to her coaching style is reflected in the saturated brand palette, mix of serif and sans serif styles and clean website navigation.
