Hiring is the new marketing.

Attracting and retaining employees continues to be a challenge for businesses of every size. Many organizations have to cut services because they simply don't have the staff to support their day-to-day operations and long-term growth plan.

One of the driving factors is that work — and how we think about work — has changed permanently. Talent is seeking more than just competitive wages. They’re looking for a job that fits their needs and lifestyle. Embracing this shift will allow your business to thrive.

We’re here to guide you through this change.

three phases of employer branding

We market to talent, to strengthen and grow your company.
Below is the SoHo Creative Studio process in three phases.

01.

AUDIT

your current workplace

Our first step is to identify what's being said about a businesses from the perspective of a current or potential employee.

Staff interviews, anonymous surveys, press, social media, and employee reviews are all part of this process.

The audit is critical to not just attracting top talent, but also retaining your current employees.

02.

ALIGN

your employee experience

This part of the process is designed to be intentional about creating an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and how it is communicated through the Employer Brand.

The audit data is analyzed to reveal the story that's being told. From there we identify any disparities between how an employer is being perceived and how they'd like to be seen.

At this stage an Employee Value Proposition is created, and Employer Brand standards are developed.

03.

ACTIVATE

your employer brand

An internal and external activation strategy is created along with the corresponding creative assets that will bring the Employer Brand to life.

We’ll showcase the new Employee Value Proposition throughout social media platforms, on the business’s website, and through internal communications.

The result? Employees become more aligned with the values and mission of the organization. Productivity, client satisfaction and positive company culture will all increase.
